Published Authors at last!

Writing has always been my soul food and being aware of what advantages Creative Writing could bring into a child’s life prompted me to start ‘Scribble Pad’, a creative writing program curated to hone the skills of any child between the ages of 8-14. Mentored over 5 years through this program, the children joined hands with another enthusiastic bunch who were trained through the virtual medium in writing. With doubts creeping in as to whether they will be accepted and if their writing will be up to standards, it required a few sessions on doubting their doubts and building their identity as an Author.

So, they penned down short stories and individually it brought out their unique styles of writing. This culminated into an Anthology called: Medley of Tales that is available on Amazon.

This was a part of the ‘Do my Bit’ project and hence the sale proceeds for life still go towards Inner Wheel, Bengaluru IT Corridor where the money will be spent on providing electronic medium and gadgets to facilitate education of children in the lower sections of society. Mission accomplished!
