I am empowered!

A strong crowd of 40 women of E4Velocity, a real estate and construction software company gathered on Women’s Day to participate in enlightening themselves on how the inner dialogue can enslave or empower. They chose to feel empowered and that’s exactly what they took away from the day’s session. Games, Exercises were all centred around the choice of words, choice of feelings and the choice of empowering actions leading to better results/feedback.

The lovely ladies were willing to bring about that change in what and how they spoke with themselves realizing that the first step to change is to become AWARE of what the whole game is all about. Once they became aware of it in the room, change was simply a small step away and they all left giggling and empowered.
