Challenges Accepted!

Being invited to facilitate a session for the special educators, physiotherapists, speech therapists and psychologists at FAME India; school for the differently abled on making an impact in the next year of 2016.

This was met by a lot of enthusiasm where the staff became child-like to explore their strengths that they could employ while teaching the children at school. They explored challenges with children with curiosity coming with empathy and compassion rather than anxiety and stress. Equipped with newer tools the staff also gained knowledge on working as a TEAM helping each other work with the children looking beyond their challenges and helping them gain acceptance into the mainstream society becoming their able guides.
