Offer letter in hand! 

How did her Fear turn into Confidence? Read on…

A rainy afternoon in, sipping a coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts, I caught a glimpse of this girl who lay my coffee cup on the table with tears in her eyes. She made sure that she avoided making eye contact with most customers there. It did bother me, but I left it at that till I felt that there maybe something could bring a smile back onto the face of this 19-year old. I paid and, on my way, out, I requested her to step out with me and there it all began to unfold. She had left humble home in a small town in the North of India in the hope of making it big with her attitude of ‘Never give up’. The challenge being fear of failing multiple times at the interviews. Quickly worked a few MindSculpting patterns that removed the fear from its source giving way to confidence and vigour through her body language and smile.

About 10 days later, I get a call from her saying she has the offer letter from an IT company in her hand. That day to a few years later, her growth path amazes me as she walks through promotions and different roles effortlessly
